Pavlov plotted to blow up Family Park in Almaty

ASTANA. March 28. KAZINFORM "One of the heads of the Alga unregistered party Muratbek Ketebayev, a close authorized representative of Mukhtar Ablyazov colluded with Alexander Pavlov, an organizer of the acts of terrorism planned on March 24 in Almaty. He also lives abroad," the Kazakh Prosecutor General's Office said in the statement.
According to the statement, Pavlov charged to blow up the Family Park in Almaty city and place explosive devices on the Al Farabi Ave crosswalks. Pavlov allocated USD 25,000 to prepare those acts of terrorism. The person who was to commit terror attacks received USD 15,000. It was planned to pay the rest USD 10 after the blasts.
The investigation is underway.
