Language, culture keys to cooperation between Kazakhstan and France - Francois Hollande

"Kazakhstan and France should cooperate not only in business and economy, but also in the sphere of culture. We should invest into knowledge and science. Hence, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and I signed the document enabling students of both countries to study in France and Kazakhstan. Nearly 400 students from Kazakhstan currently pursue their studies in France and I believe this figure will double next year," the French leader said. In his words, it will bring Kazakhstan and France closer, since language and culture are the keys to cooperation between the two nations.
