The aim of planned explosions in Almaty to destabilize the situation

ASTANA. March 28. KAZINFORM "The aim of the explosions planned by M. Ablyazov's aider Alexander Pavlov in Almaty is to destabilize the situation," the press service of the Kazakh Prosecutor General's Office reported.
As previously reported, on March 24, 2012 the Kazakh National Security Committee prevented the plotted acts of terrorism in Almaty.
In April 2010, a criminal case against Pavlov had been initiated on fact of the embezzlement or misappropriation of entrusted property of others (Part 3, Article 176 of the Kazakh Criminal Code).
