Zhansaya Abdumalik wins one chess game from Anatoly Karpov

The event was attended by one of the most famous hessers in the world Anatoly Karpov.

After the opening ceremony Abdumalik and Karpov has held four chess games. As a result, the award-winning athlete has won twice, another game ended in a draw and one game was won by Zhansaya.

Anatoly Karpov, PhD, is a Russian chess grandmaster and a former world champion. He was the official world champion from 1975 to 1985 when he was defeated by Garry Kasparov. His tournament successes include over 160 first-place finishes. He had a peak Elo rating of 2780, and his 90 total months at world number one is second all-time behind only Kasparov since the inception of the FIDE ranking list in 1970. It is noteworthy that Karpov is also one of the most famous philatelists in the CIS countries and his stamp collection is estimated at 13 million euros.
