World-class figure skaters to perform in Astana, Almaty

ALMATY. KAZINFORM - The 2014 Olympic champions and other stars of figure skating will join Kazakhstani athlete Denis Ten in a spectacular ice show in the cities of Astana and Almaty.
Ten who won the first Olympic bronze for Kazakhstan in men's figure skating announced the news at a press conference in Almaty on Monday. "Mao Asada and Daisuke Takahashi from Japan, Evan Lysacek from the U.S. and Canadian Joannie Rochette, French dance couple Nathalie Pechalat and Fabian Bourzat and many others are set to perform and delight the audiences in Almaty on May 29 and 30 and in Astana on June 1. This year's ice show themed "Olympic energy" will include a performance totally dedicated to the forthcoming EXPO-2017 event in Astana
