Tokayev sends telegram of condolences to Chinese President Xi Jinping

Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has sent a telegram of condolences to Chinese President Xi Jinping following a deadly explosion at a fireworks factory in central China, Qazinform News Agency learned from the Akorda press service.
Tokayev expressed deep sorrow over the numerous casualties caused by the blast in Hunan Province.
He extended his condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to those injured.
The explosion occurred at around 4:43 pm on May 4 at a plant in Liuyang, a county-level city in Changsha, the capital of Hunan Province According to local emergency services, 21 people were killed and 61 were injured.
