Skilled labor outflows from Kazakhstan - NE Vice-Minister

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Skilled workers outflow from Kazakhstan, this has been reported by the vice-minister of National Economy Madina Abylkasymova at the round table themed "Migration trends (social aspects)" held in the Majilis.
"According to statistics skilled population outflow increased in recent years. However, net inflow of unskilled labor goes higher," said M.Abylkasymova.
According to her words, in the last 4 years, the number of emigrants with higher education has exceeded the number of immigrants with higher education by 65%. Maximum net outflow of migrants of working age is observed in technical, economic and educational fields.
