Serbia sweeps FINA Water Polo World Cup in Almaty

ALMATY. KAZINFORM - The defending champions Serbia won the 2014 FINA Men's Water Polo World Cup in Almaty on Sunday (August 24), Kazinform has learnt from Vesti.kz.
The Serb national water polo team outclassed Hungary in penalty series 4:2. The Croatian water polo players clinched bronze by defeating the U.S. team 8:6. Kazakhstan is ranked 6th in overall standings after suffering a devastating defeat from the Aussies 6:12.
