Qurultay elections: Kazakhstan reports 84.8% turnout among voters abroad

All 79 overseas polling commissions established by Kazakhstan have completed their work, the ministry said in a statement.

Kazakhstani citizens cast their ballots in 61 countries, with the participation rate reaching 84.8 percent among registered voters at polling stations abroad.

Earlier, Qazinform reported three exit polls conducted following Kazakhstan’s first elections to the new unicameral Qurultay had been released.
