The President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, on Thursday signed a decree "On Certain Issues of the Qazaqstan Khalyq Kenesi (People's Council of Kazakhstan), Qazinform News Agency cites the Akorda press service.

Earlier, Qazinform reported President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev had signed a decree establishing the Secretariat of the Qazaqstan Khalyq Kenesi (Kazakhstan People's Council).
