President of International Academy of Business was awarded «Kurmet» Order

ALMATY. December 14. KAZINFORM - President of the International Academy of Business (IAB) Assylbek Kozhahmetov has been awarded the highest state award - "Kurmet" Order, the press service of the Academy reports.

Medal of Honour established in the Republic of Kazakhstan 20 years ago has been awarded for meritorious service to the country and society. Kozhahmetov's merits in the spheres of economic, social support, educationtion and science and public service are widely recognized.

Over the years of his career, he was the Deputy Chairman of the Republican Public Council for the Prevention and Resolution of social conflicts, the Deputy Chairman of the Public Council for the development of the education system of Kazakhstan, a member of the European Organization for Quality Management Education (EQUAL), a member of the Board of ''INTERMAN'' - World Organisation for management Development, the President of the Central Asian Foundation for Management Development (CAMAN). He is one of the organizers of "Shanyrak" NGO, the author of over 30 articles on management development published in domestic and foreign journals.
