President Nazarbayev spearheaded many reforms - Gani Nygymetov

"As you know, Kazakhstan has earned remarkable standing in the international arena mainly thanks to systemic reforms spearheaded by the Head of State at the earliest days of our Independence. Kazakhstan was the first post-Soviet country to give its talented youth a chance to study abroad when President Nazarbayev initiated the Bolashak Program," Mr. Nygymetov noted. "The Bolashak scholarship has become a guarantee of successful career growth and professional self-fulfillment of its graduates. Today Bolashak meets the demand of the Kazakhstani labor market for highly skilled personnel who introduce the best world practices and use knowledge obtained abroad for the benefit of the country. That is why as a graduate of the Bolashak Program I fully support the initiative of the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan to hold snap presidential elections," he added.
