Police car smashed up by Mercedes in Almaty (PHOTO)

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - April 7 in the city of Almaty at Al-Farabi Avenue Mercedes crashed into a parked police car, according to autolafa.kz.
The accident occurred at Al-Farabi Avenue. Police officers arrived at the place of traffic accident involving KIA and Lexus cars. Police started to document the accident and put the police car at the curb behind the Lexus. The driver of the Mercedes was driving along Al-Farabi Avenue at high speed; he lost control, moved to the roadside and crashed into the police car, which hit SUV Lexus. As a result of the accident two police officers suffered injuries. The policemen have been taken to the nearest hospital. Circumstances of the accident are being investigated.
