According to the Department of War, the newly released collection includes 72 files from agencies such as the FBI, CIA and Pentagon, featuring reports, videos, witness testimony and artistic depictions of unexplained aerial sightings.

The latest release follows an earlier disclosure on May 8. The Department of War said it will make additional files public on a rolling basis through its dedicated UAP website, which has attracted more than 1.7 billion visits since its launch.

Qazinform News Agency previously reported that the US released the first declassified UFO files under Trump's transparency order.
