Officials of school for troubled youngsters punished

ALMATY. KAZINFORM - In Almaty as a result of the prosecutor's investigation, disciplinary charges have been brought against nine employees of special school for children with deviant behavior, the press service of the city prosecutor's office informs.
The inspection revealed violations of legislation on crime prevention as well as violation of regulations on health care, labor, fire protection, sanitary and epidemiological rules. "Last year one of the minors made four breaks in a row. Then the teenager committed a robbery in the city of Shymkent. The school administration does not promptly inform the police about an escape", the statement says. Crimes and redemptions resulted from failure to ensure teenagers' confinement allowing minors to leave the facility without permission.
