Nanotechnologies, energy and space international forum starts in Almaty

ALMATY. August 6. KAZINFORM The III International Symposium Nanotechnologies, energy and space has kicked off in Almaty this morning.

The event will focus on the main topic of the upcoming International specialized exhibition "EXPO-2017" - Energy of the Future, Kazinform was told by the press service of the organizer of the forum - Education and Science Ministry of Kazakhstan.

According to experts, creation of highly effective, renewable, and ecologically friendly energy sources, outer space exploration are the key problems of nanotechnology.

Scientists and specialists of large research centers, companies and space agencies from the U.S., Russia, Japan, Kazakhstan and European countries, reps of the Kazakh Education and Science Ministry, Industry and New Technologies Ministry, and "Astana EXPO-2017" National Company are in attendance. The event is set to last until August 8.
