Donaldson initially focused on gaming content, producing videos about titles such as Minecraft, Pokemon Online and Call of Duty. Over time, however, he completely shifted his creative direction.

MrBeast rose to global fame through large-scale challenges, high-budget experiments, reality-style productions and charitable initiatives. One of the most popular videos on his channel, “$456,000 Squid Game in Real Life,” has garnered nearly one billion views.

The creator’s first major breakthrough came in 2017 after he uploaded a video in which he counted to 10,000 without stopping. The clip, which runs for more than three hours, went viral and has since attracted over 68 million views.

Today, MrBeast is widely regarded as one of YouTube’s most influential creators and a pioneer of high-budget online entertainment. His videos regularly feature giveaways of large cash prizes, cars, houses and other valuable rewards.

James “Jimmy” Donaldson was born on May 7, 1998, in the U.S. state of Kansas. He launched his YouTube channel at the age of 13 and, within a few years, turned it into the largest personal account on the platform.

Earlier, Qazinform News Agency reported that K-pop girl group BLACKPINK had reached 100 million subscribers on YouTube, becoming the first artist channel to achieve the milestone.
