Men in ISIS video not citizens of Kazakhstan - National Security Committee

The footage shows a boy and an ISIS soldier and two men on their knees. The boy thought to be 10 appears to execute the men who have confessed to being ‘Russian spies'. "The National Security Committee carried out necessary checks regarding the video and can confirm that the men executed in the video are neither citizens nor immigrants from Kazakhstan," the statement reads. The National Security Committee highly recommends national mass media to carefully choose and use links and materials from unofficial sources.
