Meeting at Akorda: Central Asian leaders to discuss Aral Sea rescue efforts

Participants of the meeting of the Council of Heads of State - Founders of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea (IFAS) have arrived at the Akorda Presidential Residence in Astana, Qazinform News Agency reports, citing the Press Office of the President of Kazakhstan.
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan welcomed the visiting leaders.
A group photo of the meeting participants was taken.
As Qazinform reported earlier, the UNEP chief warned at Regional Ecological Summit that Central Asia is facing accelerating climate risks.
