Majilismen to participate in CIS Inter-parliamentary Assembly and CSTO PA in St. Petersburg

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - A delegation of Majilismen from Kazakhstan headed by Kabibulla Dzhakupov will participate in the Inter-parliamentary Assembly of the CIS and CSTO Parliamentary Assembly in St. Petersburg, April 16-17, the press service of the Majilis informs.

This year, the sitting will be dedicated to the 70 th anniversary of the Great Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The final stage of the campaign called "Relay of memory" will be held within the event.

The Majilismen are expected to participate in the 3 rd inter-parliamentary forum "Eurasian economic prospects" where Majilis Speaker Kabibullan Dzhakupov will deliver a speech.

Heads of the parliaments of the EEU and CIS member states, members of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, leading experts and scientists will discuss the relevant issues of the Eurasian Economic Commission, development of the Eurasian space and preserving its common humanitarian constituents.

Besides, the Majilis Speaker will hold a number of bilateral meetings with his colleagues from the CIS countries.
