Majilis ratifies Extradition treaty with Hungary

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - At today's plenary session Majilis has approved the draft law "On ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and Hungary for extradition".
"The Agreement between Kazakhstan and Hungary was signed on July 3, 2014 in Budapest during the official visit of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan to the country. Ratification of the Agreement provide for mutual extradition of criminals," said deputy Prosecutor General of Kazakhstan Johann Merkel, presenting the bill.
