Live broadcast of Turkish President's state visit to Astana
President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan arrived in Astana on Wednesday for a state visit to Kazakhstan at the invitation of Kazakh leader Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Qazinform News Agency reports.
The visit, taking place on May 13-14 at the invitation of Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, includes talks in Astana focused on strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation between Kazakhstan and Türkiye.
The two leaders are also expected to hold the sixth meeting of the Kazakhstan-Türkiye High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council.
On May 15, 2026, leaders from the Organization of Turkic States will gather in Turkistan, Kazakhstan, for an informal summit themed ‘Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development.'
