Kazakhstan’s Zhibek Kulambayeva wins W50 title in Bulgaria

Kazakh tennis player Zhibek Kulambayeva has claimed the doubles title at the ITF W50 tournament in Haskovo, Bulgaria, Qazinform News Agency cites the Kazakhstan Tennis Federation.
On the clay courts in Bulgaria, Kulambayeva partnered with Valeriya Strakhova of Ukraine. The duo entered the tournament as the top seeds. In the final, they faced Marta Matoula of Greece and Hiba Shaikh of the United States.
The championship match lasted two sets and concluded with a 6-0, 6-4 victory for Kulambayeva and Strakhova.
Earlier, it was reported that Kazakhstan’s Kulambayeva had secured her third consecutive title in India at the ITF W15 tournaments.
