Kazakhstan’s Dmitriy Panarin reaches international badminton event final in Bangladesh

Kazakhstani badminton player Dmitriy Panarin advanced to the men’s singles final of the YONEX SUNRISE Bangladesh International Series 2025 in Dhaka, Qazinform News Agency cites the National Olympic Committee.

In the men’s singles semifinal, Dmitriy Panarin defeated 2-0 (21-17, 21-18) Kong Zhou Swin of Malaysia.

The Kazakhstani is to face another Malaysian Mohamad Rushdan in the final.

Earlier, Qazinform News Agency reported Kazakhstan’s athletes set more than 50 historic achievements in 2025.
