Kazakhstani seismologists record earthquake in Afghanistan

An earthquake measuring 5.9 on the MPV scale has been registered southwest of Almaty city, Kazinform News Agency reports.
The epicenter of the quake was located in the territory of Afghanistan, 835 km southwest of Almaty city.
It hit at a depth of 120 km at 15:24 pm.
