Kazakhstani business to be become self-regulated

ASTANA. KAZAKHSTAN - Deputy Minister of National Economy of Kazakhstan Kairbek Uskenbayev presented a draft law on the issues of self-regulation of business and amendments in this sphere.

"Establishment of the institute of self-regulation will allow to create conditions for development of entrepreneurship and partnership relations between the government and business, formation of favorable business-climate with the transition from the policy of detection and punishment to the policy of prevention and encouragement of honest entrepreneurship," the Deputy Minister noted. Kairbek Uskenbayev told that practically the entire small and medium-sized business in the European counties, USA, Canada was self-regulated. "Dentists, lawyers, doctors, advertising men, finance experts, virtually any professionals are members of any self-regulated organization. Therefore, local consumers have products and services of a better quality," he thinks.
