Kazakhstan’s military men ready to partake in UN peacekeeping operations (PHOTO)

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - "Steppe Eagle 2014" peacekeeping exercise took place on the territory of the joint multinational training center for the United States armed forces in Germany, reported the press service of the Defense Ministry.
The first peacekeeping exercise was organized in the Iliysky training range of the Airmobile Forces of Kazakhstan in 2003. Kazakhstan servicemen demonstrated good skills, confidence and professional actions, willingness to participate in UN peacekeeping operations. Next year the international special tactical peacekeeping exercise "Steppe Eagle" will be held in Kazakhstan.
