Kazakh President honors group of citizens for courage
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Wednesday honored a number of citizens with state awards for courage, selflessness, and contribution to ensuring national security and law and order, Qazinform News Agency reports via the press service of Akorda.
The Akorda said in a statement that a presidential decree was signed awarding a group of citizens with state awards for courage and selflessness shown in the performance of military and official duty, contribution to ensuring national security and defense capability, and strengthening law and order.
In addition, service members and law enforcement officials were given high-level military and class ranks.




Previously, Qazinform reported President-Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated officers, soldiers, and guests during a ceremony awarding state honors and military ranks, on Defender of the Fatherland Day and Victory Day.
