Karaganda hosts 9th Regional Students' Games

KARAGANDA. KAZINFORM - The IX Regional Students' Games dated to the Year of the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan have kicked off in Karaganda city today.
Karaganda-based Bolashak University hosts the games this year. Participants of the Students' Games will compete in 13 sports. 9 teams consisting of 121 athletes each will represent universities of the region at the games. The event is set to promote healthy lifestyle among youth as well as friendly ties and cooperation between the universities. The closing ceremony will take place on March 4.
