“This is not an easy question. The Government needs to conduct an analysis and hold appropriate negotiations. But my personal view on this issue is that an international consortium should operate in Kazakhstan, consisting of global companies with the most advanced technologies. As they say, time will tell,” the Head of State replied.

Earlier this morning the Head of State cast his vote at the nationwide referendum deciding the fate of the construction of the nuclear power plant in Kazakhstan. Afterwards, President Tokayev held a press briefing for journalists where he assessed the work of the current Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
