Indian Ambassador to Kazakhstan delivered lecture in KIMEP

ALMATY. February 10. KAZINFORM /Berik Bekmurzayev/ Ambassador of India to Kazakhstan Ashok Kumar Sharma has delivered a lecture "Organization development: values in the transition period" in the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Planning (KIMEP).
The foreign diplomat emphasized necessity of changes of values in the transition society of any country, which is transforming from industrial or feudal society in post-industrial. This theme is also applicable to the new democratic societies transformed from the socialist systems such as the Soviet Union. As is known, Kazakhstan was a part of the Soviet Union for decades.
