Earthquake strikes southwest of Almaty

ALMATY. KAZINFORM – An earthquake measuring 5.4 on the MPV scale has been registered southwest of Almaty city today, Kazinform reports.
The epicenter of the quake was located in the territory of Afghanistan, 1,062 km southwest of Almaty city.
It hit at a depth of 100 km at 14:00 pm Almaty time.
