Earthquake strikes 95 km southeast from Almaty

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - 4.2 - magnitude earthquake hit 10 March at 10:52 a.m. not far from Almaty, the network of seismic monitoring stations of the Kazakh Education and Science Ministry said.
The magnitude 4.2 earthquake struck at a depth of 10 km in an area 95 km southeast of Almaty city in the territory of Kyrgyzstan. 9.2 energy class earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers.
