Earthquake strikes 456km southwest of Almaty city

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - An earthquake measuring 4.9 on the MPV scale has been recorded near Almaty city earlier this morning.
The epicenter of the quake was situated on the border of Kyrgyzstan and China, 456 kilometers southwest of Almaty city.
It hit at the depth of 5 kilometers at 6:14 a.m.
