Earthquake jolts southwest of Almaty city

ALMATY. KAZINFORM – An earthquake measuring 4.0 on the MPV scale has been recorded southwest of Almaty city today, Kazinform reports.
The epicenter of the quake was situated in the territory of Kyrgyzstan, 454 kilometers southwest of Almaty city.
It hit at a depth of 5 kilometers, at 10:34 am Almaty time.
