Earthquake jolts China, felt in Almaty

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - A 4.0-magnitude earthquake was registered by a group of seismological stations near Almaty city on Wednesday.
According to reports, it hit the territory of China at 8:06 p.m. Almaty time. The epicenter of the quake was located 597 kilometers southeast of Almaty city. It had a depth of 5 kilometers.
