ASTANA. KAZINFORM Dubai turned out to be the most expensive city for celebrating the New Year's Eve, a research of Travelex company says. According to its experts, those who wish to celebrate the holiday in Dubai will have to pay 1,635 UAE dirhams or 445 U.S. dollars per person.
