The boy is still in a coma. According to the press service of the Finance Ministry, the man headed the tax administration of Uigur district tax department of Almaty region. Soon after the road accident Bakhyt Kurmashev, who hit the pregnant woman and her little son, was dismissed from his position. Criminal cases under three articles of the Criminal Code of Kazakhstan have been initiated. Investigation is underway.
