Curling tournament among juniors takes place in Almaty

ALMATY. KAZINFORM - The curling tournament among juniors is held in the N. Nazarbayev National Curling Center in Almaty within the framework of the 2nd Winter Youth Games of Kazakhstan 2015.
"The curling tournament among juniors under 21 years old is held. This tournament is like a test before the Winter Universiade-2017. Besides, we will have an opportunity to choose the best sportsmen who can represent Kazakhstan at the Universiade in 2017," Secretary General of the Curling Association of Kazakhstan Viktor Kim told.
According to him, teams from East Kazakhstan, North Kazakhstan, Almaty, Akmola regions and athletes from Astana and Almaty take part in the tournament.
The tournament will end on February 15.
