Contracted murder of brother by his sister prevented in Almaty

The Southern Regional Directorate for Combating Organized Crime Committee of the criminal police of Internal Affairs received operative information that a resident of the village of "Zarya Vostoka" (Dawn of the East) in Almaty city was looking for a person who could murder her 44-year-old neighbor. For the offense she was going to pay 3,000 U.S. dollars and half a kilo of heroin.

The woman tried to escape in a taxi in Enbekshi-Kazakh region. As a result of search operations her place of location was identified, and she was then arrested.

It was also found out that the suspect was the sister of the "victim." She admitted that she had ordered to kill her brother because of hostile relations. However, under investigation is also selfish proprietary version of the crime.
