Best Dress of Kazakhstan contest celebrates fashion in Almaty

ALMATY. January 24. KAZINFORM The final of the International competition for fashion designers "Best Dress of Kazakhstan" was held in Almaty the other day under the aegis of the World Beauty Congress (WBC) together with BRANDWORKS company.
"10 out of 28 fashion designers were chosen by the WBC experts for the final stage of the competition. Three winners of the contest will represent Kazakhstan at the international stage of the DRESS OF THE WORLD competition in Romania between 20-24 February, 2014," WBC President Elmira Seidazimova said.
Fashion designers from 40 countries will gather in Timisoara, Romania in order to decide who's the best.
