Bazaar goes up in flames in Almaty

Firefighters were summoned to the scene at 13:54 p.m. and managed to put the blaze out only by 16:10 p.m. It covered an area of 280 square meters. According to witnesses, the fire started at a one-storey retail facility and engulfed a supermarket, a café, and 2 hair salons. The firefighters say that short circuit apparently caused the fire.
