Astana and Almaty public service centers to provide in-home public service

People with disabilities not able to independently come to the public service centers can use this service.

"According to the approved standards of public services in order to receive public services the applicant has to come to the public service center. This requirement can hardly be fulfilled by individuals with disabilities, so it was decided that the staff of the public service centers will visit this category of people at home," chairman of the committee on the automation of public services and coordination of public service centers Bagdad Musin said.

According to him, by the end of this year this service will be available in other service centers.

People with disabilities can call the unified contact center, report their data, find out the list of required documents for service and leave an application.
