Almaty to host MMA fighting tournament ‘Battle of Nomads 2’

For the first time ever the tournament will be carried out under the auspices of the MMA World Association (WMMAA PRO ASIA DIVISION), this was reported by the organizers of the event. November 28 Almaty will hold a press conference on the upcoming event. It will be attended by Tolegen Kumarov - Vice-President of the Republican Federation of mixed martial arts, Marcus Vinisimo - professional MMA fighter, Shaukat Rakhmonov - MMA World and Asian champion. The organizers of the event are the Republican Federation of jiu-jitsu and mixed martial arts, the Agency for Sports and Physical Education, Almaty city administration. The tournament will be attended by athletes from Kazakhstan, Japan, South Korea, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, China and Kyrgyzstan. The event will be held as the high professional show, with the participation of music groups, professional lighting and sound, ring-girls, special decoration and others. The venue of the tournament is the Sports Palace named after Baluan Sholak.
