Almaty to host FIS Freestyle Ski Moguls & Aerials World Cup

Almaty will host the FIS Freestyle Ski Moguls & Aerials World Cup on March 8-10 at the Shymbulak ski resort, Kazinform News Agency reports.
It will bring together over 180 athletes from 16 countries, director general of the Shymbulak ski resort Rinat Abdrakhmanov told a press conference.
This year marks the 70th anniversary of the ski resort and holds the 5th FIS Freestyle Ski Moguls & Aerials World Cup.
Official trainings are set o start today, March 7.
15 Kazakh sportsmen will defend the country’s colors this year in moguls and aerials.
The FIS Freestyle Ski Moguls & Aerials World Cup events will be broadcast on Qazsport TV Channel.
