Almaty student died allegedly of meningococcosis

ALMATY. KAZINFORM "A first-year student of the Almaty Energetics University has died allegedly of a meningococcal disease," chief physician of the Almaty emergency ward Birzhan Ospanov told a special briefing today.
"The young man found in a grave condition has died when the emergency ambulance arrived today early morning at the university dormitory 1. The results of the medical tests will be done in two weeks," he added. "The Almaty sanitary and epidemiological service started search for a carrier of the virus in the dormitory," he resumed.
