Almaty feels tremors from 5.5 Kyrgyz earthquake

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - An earthquake measuring 5.5 on the MPV scale has been recorded south of Almaty city earlier this morning, Kazinform reports.
The epicenter of the quake was located in the territory of Kyrgyzstan, 146 km south of Almaty city.
The quake hit at the depth of 5 km at 4:15 a.m. Almaty time. The earthquake was felt in parts of Almaty city.
