850-drone show delights Almaty on Republic Day
On the occasion of celebration of the Republic Day, a grand drone show has been held in Almaty, Kazinform News Agency reports.

The event was held in two locations: the Abai Square in front of the Palace of Republic, and the Astana Square located in front of the Kazakh-British Technical University.
The drones created 3D visuals symbolizing elements of national culture and significant moments in the country's history. All visual effects were synchronized to music, emphasizing the spirit of national unity and pride.

During the event, a series of images were displayed, such as the Golden Man, an apple, a tulip, a dombra, a yurt, a shanyrak, Kazakhstan Hotel, a snow leopard, Koktobe, Kazakhstan’s Flag and map.

It should be noted that a huge festive fireworks display lit up the night sky over Astana, organized at the expense of sponsors.

Earlier, the President participated in the National Flag raising ceremony dedicated to the Republic Day.
In addition, the national anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan sounded beneath the Arc de Triomphe in Paris for the first time.
