6.2M earthquake strikes Afghanistan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM A 6.2M earthquake has been registered today in 874 km from Almaty.
The National Seismological Stations Network recorded the quake at 17:35:43 Almaty time. The epicenter of the quake was at a depth of 100 km in 874 km from Almaty city, in the territory of Afghanistan. The coordinates are 36.88° north latitude, 70.79° east longitude. Energy class made 12.4. No casualties or damages were reported.
