5yo without kidney denied disability

The boy was born with one kidney and all the while regularly received disability benefits. However, a month ago specialists from the Department for Social Protection refused to pay disabled benefits, according to 31 TV Channel. Bekzat Shuhratov was born with one kidney. Eventually it turned out that the only kidney needed medical treatment. The child was diagnosed with "3d degree hydronephrosis". Simply speaking, kidney fluid outflow was obstructed. At the age of one the boy suffered a serious surgery. Bezkzat's health improved, but not in full. However, medical and social commission has removed child's disability status. Despite the positive trend, the disease may worsen, doctors say. According to consulting physicians, the boy needed constant supervision. Meanwhile, medical and social commission examined the toddler twice. Thus, according to the norms, the child did not have disability.Doctors of Pediatrics Institute claim that Bekzat can completely recover if he receives constant testing and appropriate treatment. The parents of the kid are preparing letters to the city administration and the Ministry of Health.
